As a Netherton based, family-run company, The Pink Link Ltd is a local business with local values and over the years, the team at The Pink Link Ltd has made a continuous effort to help improve quality of living in the local community in any way they can. So, when news broke that the palletised distribution specialists had won the Examiner Community Award, they were over the moon! The Community Award honours the continued efforts made by regional businesses to raise money for schemes which have a positive impact on the community. It’s a deserved reward for all the hard work that has been put in by all our staff and I really believe in putting something back into the community. Business is business but we have a responsibility to the community.” The Pink Link Ltd has raised over £55,000 for charities since 2001 both regionally and nationally, with HRI Breast Cancer Care Fund, Kirklees Hospice, Laura Crane, Forget Me-Not and the Dominic Rodgers Trust among those who benefit.
