Unprecedented Sum Raised At This Year’s Pink Ball The Pink Link Ltd is delighted to announce that the bi annual Pink Ball, held last Saturday, raised an astonishing £25,000. The Pink Ball was held at the Cedar Court Hotel in Huddersfield on Saturday 10th October and over 280 guests donned their dancing shoes and pink outfits to mark the event held for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Guests were treated to an auction of “money cant buy” prizes, gourmet food, live music and topless male waiters AND DANCING GIRLS! The theme of the event was… you’ve guessed it… PINK! So everybody sported pink outfits, drank pink champagne and danced the night away in a wonderfully decorated pink hall! The money donated will go to a record number of local charities this year, including HRI Breast Cancer Care Fund, Everyman Campaign, The Anthony Noel Trust, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Kirklees Hospice, The Laura Crane Trust, Cash for Kids and Breast Cancer Haven. Vicki Davenport, Sales & Commercial Director of The Pink Link said: “We considered not running the event this year because of the current economic climate and I am so pleased we decided to do it!
