Yorkshire based palletised distribution company, The Pink Link Ltd; this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.
In 1991, The Pink Link Ltd, originally known as SBH Express Services, was created with a vision to become a trusted firm delivering pallets throughout the UK, with service excellence at the very heart of their business. Over the course of the last 25 years, The Pink Link Ltd made that vision a reality as in 1996 it became part of the Palletways (UK) Ltd national distribution network, who is the market leader in their field. It is because of this quality network that The Pink Link Ltd can confidently offer its customers the very best service possible.
“To this day The Pink Link Ltd is still driven by the entrepreneurial spirit of our founders and management team, which has enabled us to constantly improve our service, enter new markets and grow the business,” said Vicki Davenport, Sales and Commercial Director at The Pink Link Ltd. “The Pink Link’s client retention rate is a testament of how much our customers value our attention to detail and customer service.”
The Pink Link is particularly proud of its people employing a total of 45; this is why the firm has always invested in them. Being in the service industry, “people” are The Pink Link Ltd’s greatest asset.
Over the years The Pink Link Ltd has expanded its services into Europe via the Palletways network and now has access to 14 European hubs with 400+ member sites, allowing customers to benefit from local expertise and having one distribution partner for both UK and European services. Countries include Germany, Italy, Slovakia and Belgium.
