Customers Save Time With The Pink Links Online Live Data Solution

>

The Pink Link Ltd has teamed up with Live Data Solutions Ltd to provide its customers with real time data tracking, saving customers time and increasing efficiencies.

The online data solution reduces admin time by allowing labels to be produced to stick onto pallets and sends data directly to The Pink Link. It also allows customers to import their databases from day one which allows flexibility and ease of use.

The system allows the creation of different sub departments and can produce separate manifests and invoices, with tail lift or handball delivery being available at no extra charge. A batch print label facility is available if required. Automated POD’s can also be produced on a daily basis and the automated track and trace system can be used for current or archived consignments.

In addition, customers can benefit from trade reports which highlight trading patterns as well as a pallet calculator with conversion table for ease of use. The system also offers a consolidation option for consignments keyed into the same address on the same day, with the option to hide sender information to receiving customers. The automated email facility can pre alert consignees that their pallet has been despatched and is 100% transparent allowing them to track and trace a pallet at every stage of its journey.

Vicki Davenport, Sales and Commercial Director at The Pink Link Ltd said: “At The Pink Link we pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer service, something which is reflected in our company mission statement which has been rolled out throughout the business to ensure a consistently high level of service is maintained.

“Nothing is more important than keeping our customers happy, we chose the online live data solution because it is very user friendly and would make our customer’s life easier. It can become an integrated part of our customer’s businesses giving them piece of mind that their total distribution needs are taken care of, allowing them to focus their efforts on running their own business.”
