Our partnership with the Palletways Network allows us to offer a premium range of services that fit a wide range of budgets. We offer an innovative and seamless solution for countrywide deliveries ensuring we surpass your clients and customers service expectations.
Palletways are the largest express palletised haulage Network in the UK, handling 20 – 25,000 pallets per day. Each Pink Link Consignment is backed up by our Customer Service Team ensuring the consignment navigates it way through the Network in the timeliest fashion. Each consignment (once palletised) is collected from the customer premises and transported to a Palletways Network Hub via our Pink Link depot. Once consolidated with other pallets due from that destination, they are collected by a network member for onward transport to a local depot, before being assigned to a delivery vehicle to reach their final destination.
All pallets are tracked and photographed to note the condition of the goods and location throughout its entire journey.
Technology Driven Delivery
ID Technology
Palletways ID Tech is the combination of market leading scanning technology utilising forklift mounted scanning capability, providing pallet imaging, accurate weight measurement and the pallet’s cubic dimensions, all captured in seconds each time a pallet is moved. This functionality, along side depot barcode scanning, proof of delivery photos and document signature on glass (via our driver PDAs) enables live access updates on your critical deliveries.
Combining this with our innovative ETA notification program (via text or email) ensures your customer knows when the delivery is scheduled to arrive.
