The Pink Link Ltd has invested in a new online IT solution which will streamline processes, increase efficiency through updated reporting systems and most importantly, ensure that it continues to provide its customers with a high quality service.
Customer care is something we value highly and is one of the cornerstones of the company. By offering more to our customers, we are continuing to build on the strong relationships that already exist as we believe working in partnership is the most effective way to achieve success.
We have installed this new IT system for many of our customers and they are already seeing the benefits, including cost savings and increased logistics efficiency. One such customer is Halifax based JVL Products, a major supplier to the homewares industry, who we have successfully worked in partnership with for many years.
