The Pink Link Ltd Invest in Apprentice
The Pink Link Ltd is pleased to welcome Amber Daley to the team as Apprentice Customer Services Trainee.
Eighteen year old Amber, who has a keen passion in working with people and communication, was successfully appointed as apprentice through the National Business College scheme after completing her A levels in Sociology, Childcare and Health and Social.
The apprenticeship will allow Amber to work closely with The Pink Link Ltd’s customer service team and gain valuable experience through working hands on with customers and colleagues.
The National Business College is a private training organisation based in Huddersfield. The college specialises in business related subjects and information technology – the main focus is to help young people find jobs and gain relevant qualifications leading to intermediate and advanced apprenticeships frameworks.
Talking about her new role Amber commented: “During my short time at The Pink Link Ltd so far all the staff members have been extremely helpful and welcoming, I’ve settled in very quickly. I have had customer service experience previously as I worked in a restaurant and loved it. Now, working for The Pink Link Ltd I am looking forward to developing my skills and gaining valuable experience.”

Amber will be required to practice a number of competencies in order for her to successfully pass her apprenticeship; The Pink Link Ltd will work closely with both Amber and the National Business College to ensure she gains as much experience as possible during the programme.
